Stevens J. Kasselman, Esq.

For more than 30 years, Stevens Kasselman practiced exclusively in this area of the law. He is licensed to practice in New York, Massachusetts and Florida and is a founding member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys (NEPA).

He received a B.S. degree from Pennsylvania State University; an MBA from NYU Graduate School of Business Administration; and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law where he later taught as an adjunct professor of law.

Mr. Kasselman lectured on Estate Planning and Asset Protection before the Florida and Indiana Bars; appeared on radio and television, including CNBC’s Money Talk; published articles in the National Law Journal; and participated on numerous attorney panels.
