By leveraging our deep understanding of the U.S. Tax Code and state tax laws, our attorneys provide effective strategies to minimize the financial implications of business and personal transactions, including reductions in tax debt owed to the IRS.

Our practice encompasses all phases of tax planning, including estate and gift tax planning, tax due diligence for business acquisitions, tax levies and liens, IRS appeals and offers of compromise. Existing businesses and startups with special tax needs trust our tax planners with the legal and financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and capital investments.

We advise domestic business clients on the impact of foreign taxes in connection with the acquisition of foreign entities and overseas investments. We also inform international clients on the potential tax consequences of their US operations and business transactions.

Our firm represents clients in New York City, state, and federal courts in all aspects of tax planning, including disputes with the IRS, tax levies, tax liens, offers in compromise and appeals, including tax debts and disputes arising out of COVID-19.
